Refund Policy
 

At Playback Studios, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To maintain the integrity of our scheduling and business operations, we have established the following refund policies:

1. Booking Deposits

​

  • All bookings require a deposit to secure your session. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session time.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we encourage you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases, your deposit may be credited towards a future session, subject to availability and management approval.

  • Failure to show up for a session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

 

2. Digital Products

​

  • All sales of digital products, including but not limited to beats, instrumentals, sample packs, and other downloadable content, are final and non-refundable.

  • Due to the nature of digital products, once a purchase is made, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits. Please review product descriptions and samples carefully before completing your purchase.

 

3. Studio Policies

​

  • We recommend arriving on time for your session to ensure you receive the full value of your booking. Late arrivals may still be subject to the scheduled end time, and no refunds or adjustments will be provided for lost time.

  • If a session is canceled or rescheduled by Playback Studios due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find an alternative date or issue a credit for future use.
