Receive a deposit credit that can be applied to a future booking.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This policy helps us compensate for lost time and opportunities to book other clients.
2. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited. Additional charges may apply for repeated no-shows.
3. Studio-Initiated Cancellations

If Playback Studios must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, you will have the option to:

Reschedule your session for a future date.

Receive a full refund of your deposit.
